The City of Salinas Fire Department plans to open the recruitments for Firefighter Recruit (Entry-Level) & Firefighter Recruit (Academy Graduate) in March 2026!

Join members of the Salinas Fire Department for an informative and interactive evening where you’ll learn what it takes to start a career in the fire service and get a firsthand look at our upcoming hiring process.

The presentation will also review the required certifications and licenses to apply and provide a general overview of the recruitment and hiring process.

This is a great opportunity to:
