Holiday Closure

• The Permit Center will be closed to walk-in service and phone calls from December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026.

• Voice messages will be checked regularly for urgent matters.
  
  
• Inspection services scheduled prior to the holiday closure will remain on schedule.
  
  
• Permit applications will continue to be accepted and reviewed through the electronic Paperless Permit Portal.

About the Permit Center

The Permit Center facilitates multiple divisions, under one roof, to help accommodate customers to achieve better service.

1. Permit Services - provides permits to construct, alter, or create new structures within the city limits
2. Fire – Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Fire Underground, Special Events, Fire Prevention Services
3. Current Planning – Zoning and Land Use, Conditional Use Permits, Site Plan Reviews, Resubdivisions, Master Sign Plans, Home Occupation Permits
4. Code Enforcement – Substandard housing, unpermitted work, Health and Safety, Property Maintenance
5. Engineering – SWPPP, Sidewalks, Encroachment, Development Impact
