Water Infrastructure Upgrade on Lincoln Avenue Published on December 19, 2025 Starting Monday, December 15, 2025, California Water Service (Cal Water) will begin a water main replacement project to improve service reliability and fire protection. The project will take place on Lincoln Avenue, between Avenue B and West Alisal Street. Work will occur Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00PM.
