Enterprise Systems Catalog - SB272

The Senate Bill No. 272 was approved into a law as part of the California Public Records Act by Governor Brown on October 11, 2015. This bill requires all local agencies, except a local educational agency, to publish a catalog of enterprise systems. These systems that are utilized across departments within a local agency or that contain information collected about the public. The systems also serve as original source of data involving in agency's operation.
