No matter how much rain the winter brings, it’s always good to conserve for tomorrow.

Around the House

  • When doing laundry, only do full loads.
  • When running the dishwasher, only do full loads.
  • When washing your hands or brushing your teeth, turn off the water when not using.
  • Install low flow toilets & showers in your home

Around the Yard     

  • Californians use between 30% to 60% of residential water use on outdoor sources. Installing drought tolerant landscaping will save you both money and water once installed.
  • Install sprinkler & drip systems.
  • Check & Repair irrigation systems to avoid leaks.
  • Collect are reuse rainwater in your yard.
