Compost Giveaway & Workshops

The City of Salinas is offering local residents the opportunity to grab some compost to use for your gardening needs. Using compost improves the health of your soil by adding nutrients, helping it retain water and preventing run-off. New Carts & Dumpsters are Coming

This year, Republic Services will exchange the carts and dumpsters to uniform colors across California. This project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
