Have you taken the survey? Measure G has helped Salinas maintain the essential services our community relies on for more than a decade, and this year, the City will be taking a careful, transparent look at its future as the City Council evaluates whether to place the renewal of Measure G on the November 2026 ballot. Community feedback will guide that process, and we are committed to an open process that shares the facts and invites community participation.

If Measure G is renewed, it would continue the existing tax rate, not create a new one.
