East Area Specific Plan: Next Development Plan in Future Growth Area Published on August 23, 2024 The East Area Specific Plan (EASP) could bring thousands of new homes, parks, and commercial space to the Future Growth Area (FGA). The City needs community input as the Plan is being developed. The EASP will be the third Plan in the FGA alongside the West Area Specific Plan (WASP) adopted in 2019 and the Central Area Specific Plan (CASP) adopted in 2020.
