City Council has approved additional funding for The Salinas Citywide & Alisal Area Marketing & Technology Grant Program that supports local small businesses to help strengthen their digital presence in technology and marketing initiatives across the community. Open to both home‑based and storefront businesses with a current Salinas business license, the program provides financial assistance for tools such as website development, social media marketing, online advertising, accounting software, and computer equipment. The program empowers entrepreneurs to overcome digital barriers by optimizing their operations and online marketing strategies.
