Pavement Management Program

The City has revised its Pavement Maintenance Program and Street Selection Policy to establish an effective, unbiased, and consistent process for prioritizing street maintenance. This policy ensures that funds are allocated based on pavement needs, focusing primarily on Major Streets while also working to equalize pavement conditions across the city.

Sidewalk Repair Program

The City's Sidewalk Repair Program focuses on upgrading deteriorated street areas to meet ADA standards by replacing damaged concrete, installing curb ramps, grinding sidewalk offsets, pruning roots, and managing street trees. Committed to safety and accessibility, the program fosters a more inclusive environment for all residents.

Boronda Congestion Relief Project

The overall project includes the widening of East Boronda Road into a four-lane roadway (two lanes at each direction), and the construction of 4 multi-lane roundabouts at the intersections of McKinnon Street, El Dorado Drive, Natividad Road, and Independence Boulevard.
