NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or before August 29, 2026, the City of Salinas (City) will publish the draft FY 2025-26 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for submittal to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The draft CAPER will be available for a minimum fifteen (15) day public comment period starting August 29, 2026, and ending September 15, 2026.
The CAPER summarizes the City’s annual accomplishments completed utilizing HUD funds. The CAPER details how the City carried out the City’s activities and accomplishments in relation to the 2025-29 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and the FY 2025-26 Annual Action Plan (AAP) in accordance with applicable regulations and priorities.
