Join us for a fun, free outdoor event designed for moving, connecting, and soaking up the benefits of nature.

Grab your walking shoes, bring a picnic and discover how spending time outside boosts health and happiness!

Schedule of Activities:

• 9am-1pm: Marks Ranch, Open for Exploration
  Please meet at 487 117th Drive, Salinas (adjacent to Toro Park)

• 12pm: Event Kick Off at Toro Park

• 1pm-1:30pm: Yoga yoga mat optional

• 2pm-2:30pm: Nature Walk
