Neighborhood Beautification Grant Information Sessions

The Neighborhood Beautification Grant (NBG) is a City of Salinas program that provides funding for resident-led projects that enhance neighborhoods, strengthen community connections, and create cleaner, safer, and healthier public spaces. Eligible projects include beautification efforts, community clean-ups, landscaping, community gardens, neighborhood events, public safety initiatives, and other projects that benefit the community.

All applicants are required to attend one mandatory Information Session before submitting an application. During the session, City staff will review the grant guidelines, application process, eligible projects, funding requirements, and answer questions. If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled sessions, you may schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Neighborhood Services Coordinator.

• Wednesday, August 5, 2026 | 6:00–7:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 7, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 12, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 p.m.
