NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 2, 2026, the City of Salinas (City) will make available the draft fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan (Action Plan). The Action Plan describes the programs, projects, and proposed activities to be implemented with FY 2026-2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) entitlement Community Development Block.
