Work to Resume on Laurel Dr.

Overnight paving will resume on Laurel Dr., Sunday, November 23, 2025, between the hours of 8 PM - 5 PM. The rehabilitation project encountered unexpected delays due to weather conditions and a delay in receipt of materials.

Weather permitting, the timeline for the remainder of the project is:

November 23 - 25 and November 30

• Overnight Work: Paving along Laurel and placement of visible lane markers along Laurel while the striping work is pending

December 2025

• Day work: Manhole adjustments and residential street work on connecting side streets.
• Overnight Work: Striping

January 7, 2026

• Projected project completion date

Residents are encouraged to drive with caution through the work area and stay informed about potential schedule changes as the project moves forward.

This project is part of year one of the 2025 Pavement Improvements Project, which is focused on rehabilitating and repairing local roadways using treatments such as crack treatment, patching, aggregate base repair, and pavement overlay.
