Join us for a Housing Rights Community Workshop!

The City of Salinas Rental Registration & Rent Stabilization Division and ECHO Housing invite you to learn about local and state rental housing laws and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant or housing provider.

• Residential Rental Registration requirements
• Rent increase limits under AB 1482 and the City of Salinas Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Just causes for eviction or termination of tenancy
• Required documentation for termination notices
• When relocation assistance is required
• Questions and answers

The workshop will be presented by Fernando Galindo of ECHO Housing and Aquontis Garlington of the City of Salinas Rental Registration & Rent Stabilization Division.

This free workshop is open to tenants, property owners, property managers, and all members of the public.
